The gym is going to miss me for a few days
I just can’t squeeze any more time out of the day. 24 seems to be the static number of hours, and I am using them all up right now.
It will all be ok after we get through New Years. Then I can get on a regular, or as regular as my work schedule allows, schedule at the gym.
Even though I was self-deprecating on my jogging the other night, I am actually pleased with what I was able to accomplish. I didn’t think that I would be able to jog one complete lap, which I did. So now the goal is to run 1 and 1/2 laps 4 times around. Walking inbetween each one. And the move up to 2 laps with walking, and so on and so forth. I like to plan these things out so that there is measurable results. Not that I am an analytical person, I just want to be able to see my improvement with not a lot of wiggle room. I have, over the years, given myself wiggle room in the past. It is not a good thing.
