Another good workout
Did chest and tri’s tonight, as planned. Did 12 minutes on the bike alternating between the levels starting at 2 for 2:30 minutes, up to 3 for 2:30 minutes, back down to 2 for 2, then up to 4 for 1:30, down to 2 for one, up to 3 for 1, up to 4 for one, and then back down to 2 to cool down for one. Then on to the tri workout, then chest. Felt really good coming out, didn’t feel so great going in. I was tired today. Because I just laid around all day, did pretty much nothing.
Tomorrow The Princess has a skills workshop from 8-9, so I will have a late work out. Then back again Thursday, and finish it up on Friday. I will be looking for some down time on Saturday, cause then it starts back up on Sunday.
I am turning back into a gym rat. In the 80’s when I was living in the Detroit area, I was at the gym every day. For a couple of hours minimum. Now THAT was when I was a gym rat.
Don’t think that I have the energy for that anymore, but I am doing ok right now.
