I haven’t weighed in in a couple of days

I am scared to. But today did the Bi, and Back routine. Riding the bike for 15 minutes, cycling through the levels from 2 through 5. That part is going great. More than great. The eating remains to be checked.

Hence the reluctance to weigh in.

For anyone out there who is reluctant to exercise because they feel that they are too big. Forget it. You have to exercise along with a weight reduction plan. You have to build lean muscle to help you burn fat. The more lean muscle you have, the more fat is burned. So there is your secret metabolism kick starter.

Exercise along with a weight reduction plan will burn more fat even when you are resting.

Take that one to the bank.
