No gym for you!

In a tragic comedy of errors, I have not been able to hit the gym at all this week. I hate long absences from working out, because that means that you lose your momentum. And I need as much momentum as I can get.

My work schedule eases up a bit next week, so that should help me to arrange my exercising correctly.
