Had the physical on Thursday evening. Aside from the finger up my butt part, it went very well. My numbers are way down from the last physical I had.

So here we go. Weight: Down 60 lbs. Go me.
HDL: up to 40 from 32. This is your good cholesterol that should be 40 or above. Mine increased due to exercise.
LDL: stayed the same at 78. This is your bad cholesterol that should be under 100.
Triglycerides: Down from 115 to 72.
Blood Sugar: Down from 102 to 95.

So what does this all mean? It means that I am on the right path, and that I need to keep losing weight and exercising so that I can run that freaking 5k race in the fall.

No excuses now. Though the Dr. did commiserate with me on training to do this race. Said that he was glad it was me, and not him.
