Did you miss me?
I have missed myself. I did do the gym earlier this week, and I was intending to do it today. Might not make it, but I will get in a good walk with Cerebus later. Maybe a little jogging to go along with it. Weight is still the same I am now at 280. My lowest point was 275, and then I bounced back up to 280 and there I sit. That is frustrating. And that is where my concerns all kick in. Because when I get frustrated, I tend to say “Screw it”. And then do what I want. But we know where that will get us, now don’t we?
Soooo. This week is a week to be reckoned with. Scheduling sucks, but I have to get into the gym and get jogging.
That is the goal.
