Hi.

Eat less.

Move more.

Sounds too simple, doesn’t it? Those are the only two things that you and I have to do to maintain a healthy weight.

Eat less.

Move more.

Sure does beat the heck out of any pill that I have taken and then felt either nauseated, or high for the next couple of hours. And then going freakazoid because of how hungry I really am.

Eat less.

Move more.

Sure beats being on Atkins. Feeling like I am pooping a brick, when I did poop. Every 3 or 4 days.

Eat less.

Move more.

Think about it. Wrap your head around it.
