Walk before you run

So.

Today I did my 1 mile walk/run thing. Walked for 3 minutes, jogged for 1, repeat, lather, and rinse. But this was a good thing. Something that I need to do more of. Especially since the Jubilee Day run is coming up the third week in June.

And with today being the first day of April, that means that I have only 3 months to get ready for the very least a 1 mile fun run. Yikes. I have got some work to do, now don’t I.

Lord have mercy.
