Eat less, move more. That is all there is to it.

Everything else is window dressing. The hard part is actually doing what you know you need to do. Because you body, and your mood, and you brain are all working against you.

Bastards. How do you get beyond all of the crap? Drink fluids. Lots of them. Take walks. Lots of them. Do things that will keep you from thinking about how wonderful anything with sugar is going to make you feel. Because it won’t make you feel good. It will give you a small boost, and then down you come again.

Come on, you know this as well as I do. And by the way, just following that advice, I have lost 5lbs in the past week.
