Today I moved my butt

I started back to the gym this morning.

Walked for 15 minutes, and then did an easy workout on my shoulders.  It was a good way to start.

Tomorrow I will go after work, and walk again for 15 minutes, and then work on my back and biceps.  Then on Friday I will walk, and then work my chest and triceps.  Working out can be boring.  And the results come slowly, under the skin.

But I am moving more.  Now I just have to start eating less.
