Losing weight with more motion,and less food.

We all know the number 1 weight loss secret, now don’t we?  It is move more, and eat less.

More motion, and less food.

And we know that that is a lot easier said than done.  With that in mind I was reading about acai berries.  These little guys can help your digestion while you are reducing calories, along with giving you beneficial antioxidants.
