<p>Today I did my 1 mile walk/run thing.  Walked for 3 minutes, jogged for 1, repeat, lather, and rinse.  But this was a good thing.  Something that I need to do more of.  Especially since the <a href="http://www.mechanicsburgchamber.org/JubileeDay.shtml">Jubilee Day</a> run is coming up the third week in June.</p>
<p>And with today being the first day of April, that means that I have only 3 months to get ready for the very least a 1 mile fun run.  Yikes.  I have got some work to do, now don&#8217;t I.</p>
