I have managed to lose 10 lbs in the past 10 days. I have fallen off of the wagon twice, and still lost weight. I have eaten less food, and moved more.

There is only one secret to weight loss. Move more, and eat less.
So what have you done today to do this?
I have cut back, way back on my fat intake along with increasing my protein intake. I have also started walking again.
